Are there automatic transmission trucks/cars?

All Ford F-150 Raptor trucks are automatic transmission.

The school Mustang GT cars used in the FPRS Driving Day Option will be manual transmission only. Participants who wish to purchase this optional driving day must be proficient and show competency in driving a manual transmission.


Are travel and accommodations included?

No.

Can I bring a guest?

It Depends: Paid Guests are only allowed during select times and/or for paid upgrades

Below are the times when guest may not, or may attend


 Guests are NOT allowed during your Raptor Assault Driving Day

Guests are NOT allowed on site in any manner for the off-road driving day.

Guests may NOT join you on the trail, courses or tracks


 Paid Guests MAY ATTEND the Evening Reception & Optional FPRS Driving Upgrade

 The Evening Reception Guest option is called  

"Evening Reception Guest (non-driving)"

Your Evening Reception Guest will join you in attending the dinner and reception at Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center (based at Utah Motorsports Campus) the evening before your Raptor Assault driving day.

Evening Reception Guest Features & Policies:

  • Guest joins you in attending the evening reception dinner the night before Raptor Assault
  • Guest may NOT attend any of the next day's activities during Raptor Assault
  • Guest may NOT join you on the trail, courses or tracks
  • Limit two Guests per Raptor participant
  • Guest does not drive, and may not attend or participate in the Raptor Assault driving day
  • We cannot make exceptions to this policy due to liability and logistical reasons
  • No refunds are allowed for Evening Reception Guests (due to catering costs).

Bring a Driving Guest to an optional second day in a track-ready Mustang GT at the Ford Performance Racing School (FPRS) (only available in concert with select Raptor Assault dates)

If you purchase an upgrade to the FPRS Performance Driving Day, on the Racetrack, you may purchase options for both a non-driving and/or driving guest for this optional driving day.

Base Cost: $1495.00 (prices includes a $200 discount when purchased with Raptor Assault. Reg Cost: $1695.00


Can I purchase a second driving day?

Yes.

On select dates, you can upgrade to an optional second day of Performance Driving for an expanded taste of what the Ford Performance Racing School has to offer.

Raptor attendee discount cost: $1,495/person ($200 savings) - Regular cost: $1,695/person

The program is held at the Ford Performance Racing School, based at Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), a state-of-the-art auto, motorcycle, off-road and kart racing facility with multiple tracks and sport surfaces. UMC is a world-class, 4.5-mile, 40-50-foot-wide, 23-turn circuit – the longest in North America. This course has challenged the best drivers in the Pirelli World Challenge Championships, American Le Mans Series, Grand-Am Road Racing, and NASCAR.


Do I drive alone in a Raptor? What's the format?

What is the shared driver/passenger format of Raptor Assault? Do I drive alone in a Raptor truck?

Raptor Assault participants do not drive alone.

Two Raptor owners ride together in one truck. Owners swap drive time and passenger time throughout the day. To put it another way: Raptor Assault participants will take turns driving and then being a passenger at predefined intervals throughout the day.


Do I need to bring my own Raptor?

No.

We provide the trucks and cars for the course.


Do you provide helmets?

We do provide helmets for the course but participants are welcome to bring their own if it is rated Snell 2010 or newer.


If I miss the reception can I attend the next day?

Yes, if you miss the evening Welcome Reception you may still attend your off-road driving day starting the next morning at 8:00am. Please arrive no later than 7:30am to check-in at the Welcome Center.


Is there a dress standard for the Reception?

The dress standard for the Welcome Reception and Raptor Assault is casual.

Is there an age requirement?

Raptor Assault:

Participants must be at least 16 and older to participate in any off-road activity and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site.

Optional FPRS Driving Day upgrade:

Participants must be at least 16 to participate in any activity on the race track and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site. The minimum age requirement is fourteen+ (14+) years to ride along on a hot lap.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received more than 31 days prior to your event will receive a 90% refund on Raptor Assault upgrades.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule requests received more than 31 days prior to your event will receive a one-time credit toward attendance at a future Raptor Assault as long as the date falls within 12 months of the Ford F-150 Raptor delivery date. A $150 rescheduling fee will be charged. If a guest experience and/or a 2nd day option has been purchased, an additional rescheduling fee of 10% will be charged.

No refund or credit toward a future program will be offered if a cancellation or request to reschedule occurs less than 31 days prior to your event. Failure to appear will result in forfeiture of all event fees and the ability to attend future Raptor Assault programs.

Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by calling Raptor Assault Client Service Representative Jill Sato: 435-277-8021, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm MST.

Weather Policy

The Ford Performance Racing School is an all-weather facility. If extreme weather conditions prevent the Ford Performance Racing School from safely executing the Event, every effort will be made to reschedule the Event. The Ford Performance Racing School reserves the sole right in determining whether an Event will be cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions. In such case, the Ford Performance Racing School will retain and apply Client's funds to the rescheduled Event. If the Event is cancelled due to weather and a mutually-agreeable date cannot be determined, the Ford Performance Racing School will provide a refund.


Commuications and Privacy

By registering for schools and driving experiences you agree to receive email and print communications from the Ford Performance Racing School (The McKeever Group LLC) both related to this registration and related to future sales, marketing and informational communications. All correspondence, schools, and courses will be communicated in the English language. You also agree to the Legal/Privacy policy as seen on this webpage.



What is my liability?

There is an option to purchase a property damage waiver option to limit financial responsibility for damage done to the Ford F-150 Raptor trucks used in the Raptor Assault program. This option will also be available for the cars used in optional FPRS driving day upgrades.

Without the limited liability, the student assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the vehicle for any and all damage they do to the vehicle.

This option can be purchased on during registration on this website or prior to attending or at check-in upon arrival at Ford Performance Racing School.

Raptor Assault Event Waiver/Liability:

POLICIES

1. PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ASSUME FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY UP TO THE LIMIT AGREED FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. PARTICIPANT ALSO AGREES TO FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S) WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF PARTICIPANT OR OTHERWISE. ONLY PARTICIPANT NAMED ABOVE IS AUTHORIZED TO DRIVE THE ASSIGNED TRUCK OR CAR.


2. IF THE TRUCK OR CAR SUFFERS MECHANICAL FAILURE, FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE, TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES, A BACK UP VEHICLE.

3. AT ANY TIME, AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE DRIVER FROM THE TRUCK OR RACE CAR FOR ANY REASON. THE FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AS BACK-UP, RESULTING FROM ASSIGNED VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED. ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLE ASSIGNED WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY FEE, IF OPTION IS SELECTED, OTHERWISE, PARTICIPANT WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEWLY ASSIGNED VEHICLE. REFUNDS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FORD PERFORMANCE RACING SCHOOL.

VEHICLE DAMAGE WAIVER:

In consideration for Utah Motorsports Campus and the Ford Performanc Racing School (Collectively known as UMC/FPRS) to agree to allow Participant to drive, practice, qualify and/or race in its vehicle and on its track(s), Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend UMC/FPRS against any and all claims, demands, actions (including attorney's fees and costs) liability, losses, damages, injuries (including, without limitation death and dismemberment) and accidents of whatever kind resulting in any way from participating in events at UMC/FPRS. Participant further understands and agrees that he/she assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the Ford Performance Racing School vehicle assigned to Participant (as described below) for any and all damage Participant does to the vehicle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may elect (where designated herein) a property damage waiver option and pay an additional fee to limit his/her financial responsibility to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for damage done to the vehicle.

What is the daily schedule?

The daily schedule for Raptor Assault is under development

The Raptor Assault program is brand new. The exact schedule for the classroom and on track activities will be forthcoming in the near future.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, seasonal attire is recommended. We also recommend you wear soft-soled shoes, such as driving or tennis shoes. No open-toed shoes are allowed when driving.


When does class start and end each day?

Welcome Reception:

Raptor Assault begins with the evening reception at 5:30pm MST, (check in 5:15-5:30pm MST) in the Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center. The social/reception is 5:30–6:00pm. Dinner is 6:00-7:00pm. This evening Reception ends at 7:00pm, MST.

Off-Road Driving Day:

Beginning the next morning after the Welcome Reception, you'll start your off-road driving day at 8:00am, MST (check in 7:30am MST) at the Ford Performance Racing School Welcome Center.

Optional FPRS Driving Day

If you purchased an optional Performance Driving Day 2 Upgrade this session begins at 8:00am. Please arrive no later than 7:45am to check-in at the Welcome Center. The optional Performance Driving Day 2 Upgrade runs until about 5:00pm.


When does the Welcome Reception start?

Raptor Assault begins with an evening Reception

Check in for the Evening Reception is 5:15-5:30pm

The evening Social Reception runs from 5:30pm-6:00pm MST.

Dinner begins after the Social Reception and runs from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

The Evening Reception ends at 7:00pm MST.
